KlariVis Expands Sales Team to Meet Growing Demand from Community Banks

by KlariVis Team May 7, 2025

ROANOKE, Va., May 07, 2025 – KlariVis, a leading provider of data analytics solutions for financial institutions, is expanding its sales team to meet the increasing demand for simplified, actionable data insights among community banks nationwide. To support this growth, the company has welcomed six new Sales Executives — Graham Waldrop, Meaghan Kincaid, Heather Knight, Martin Horak, Nathan Neblung and Taylor Hamm — who will strengthen KlariVis’ presence across the U.S.

“The demand for KlariVis continues to grow as community banks recognize the power of their data to drive better decisions,” said Kim Snyder, CEO and Founder of KlariVis. “Expanding our sales team allows us to meet this demand head-on, ensuring that more financial institutions have access to the insights they need to thrive. This team is comprised of the right people to help us bring KlariVis to more banks, and I’m excited to see the impact they will make.”

KlariVis was built for bankers, by bankers, and the newest additions to the sales team reflect that philosophy. This team brings extensive experience in banking and fintech, ensuring they understand the challenges financial institutions face today. Their expertise enables them to provide a personalized, high-touch approach as banks explore KlariVis as a solution.

Amber Robinson, VP of Sales and Strategic Alliances at KlariVis, emphasized the importance of hiring industry professionals who live and work in the regions they serve. “These new additions to our team reflect our deep commitment to the community banking model,” Robinson said. “Just like community bankers are deeply connected to their communities, we believe our sales executives should be embedded in their territories. That local presence fosters stronger relationships and a deeper understanding of the unique needs of each institution.”

New additions to the team include:

  • Graham Waldrop (Mid-Atlantic) – With a background in financial services and previous sales roles at Northwestern Mutual, LBMC, and Ncontracts, Graham has a proven track record of driving growth and earning multiple sales awards.
  • Meaghan Kincaid (Northeast) – Meaghan brings years of experience in strategic partnerships, having held vice president roles at SAFE, LLC, and Bankers Healthcare Group, where she worked closely with community and regional banks.
  • Heather Knight (Central) – Heather has more than 17 years of financial services and software sales experience with Baker Hill, Newgen Software and D+H, as well as Great Southern Bank and Bank Midwest.
  • Martin Horak (West) – Martin joins KlariVis from Venminder, where he demonstrated a track record of exceeding sales targets to banks, credit unions and other financial services organizations for nearly seven years.
  • Nathan Neblung (Midwest) – Nathan began his career as a loan officer for Wings Financial Credit Union before transitioning to sales roles for Origence (formerly CU Direct) and Kasasa.
  • Taylor Hamm (Southwest) – With a decade of diverse experience, Taylor is a high performing sales professional, most recently serving as a Senior Sales Executive for Intercontinental Exchange (ICE).

With this expansion, KlariVis strengthens its commitment to providing financial institutions with tailored, hands-on support. By combining banking expertise with a local presence, KlariVis continues to bridge the gap between technology and the personalized service that community banks value.
