Kim founded KlariVis in February 2019 to solve the data conundrum in the financial institution industry. Kim is also the CEO and founder of KBS Results, a highly specialized consulting firm, assisting financial institution clients with engagements including: strategic planning, merger & acquisition planning and integration, operational excellence, financial management, succession planning and incentive plan development. Her experience as CFO / EVP of a $900MM publicly traded bank fueled her desire to create a leading-edge, easy to use, transformational data analytics solution to enable community banks and credit unions to directly compete with the large mega-banks.

Kim is a Virginia Bankers Association Bank Management School faculty member and serves as the CFO Facilitator for the Tennessee Bankers Association CFO Forum. Kim earned the banking graduate degree and leadership certificate from the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking and also served on the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking Board of Directors. Kim is a magna cum laude graduate of James Madison University.

Eric Litz is an accomplished IT executive and financial service developer with 24 years of success within the industries of software development, business analytics, industrial manufacturing, and automation.

He leverages extensive experience in delivering technology solutions across manufacturing and data processing, with a focus on delivering financial services within a SaaS service model. His areas of expertise include web applications, business analytics, data warehousing, and information security. Eric has previously worked for Delta Data, TSYS, and Bytewise.

A graduate of Jacksonville State University and Columbus State University, Eric enjoys solving problems and building things, whether that is in the office or working on something around the house.

As a financial management executive in the financial institution’s industry, Jerry has extensive experience in extracting data and writing reports for decision-making at all levels of the organization. Despite his proficiency in the advanced functionality of Excel, Jerry knew there had to be a better way. As Chief Product Officer, Jerry oversees KlariVis development and leads client implementation. Jerry has assisted KBS Results’ clients with designing and implementing processes to increase workflow efficiency and improve customer experience. He is also a key member of the KBS Results merger and acquisition team and core conversion team. Jerry is a graduate of the University of Central Florida.

Gill is our “Resident Career Banker.” Her expansive 25+ year career in banking covers such diverse functional areas as risk management, lending, credit, operations, compliance, technology, strategic planning, and project management. As a past C-Suite financial institution executive, she understands the information executives need to make timely and informed decisions that drive revenue, manage risks, and streamline operations. She is an integral member of the KlariVis business intelligence development team and leads the administrative and risk functions for the firm.

A graduate of Roanoke College, Gill holds the Institute of Certified Banking’s Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager designation as well as the Certified Regulatory Vendor Program Management designation.

Ashley leads the KlariVis Business Intelligence development team. Her experience in financial management for both community banks and credit unions drove her to understand the significant need for a streamlined business intelligence tool that enables executives to make strategic business decisions quickly and effectively. In addition, she has experience in process efficiencies, project management and systems management.

Ashley loves data, but more importantly, understands the significance of transformational data and how it will drive overall business performance when presented in the right manner. She is a graduate of Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

David is an entrepreneur at heart and an enthusiastic strategic adviser. He is passionate about the success of any organization he is associated with. On a personal note, David is an exercise buff who loves sports, cinema & WVU/Clemson football. Also, he loves his puppies, Charly & Ruby, Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.

He was previously a senior partner (shareholder) and leader at a top 100 CPA firm with revenue of $40.0+ million where he was employed for over forty years. David also served as the chair of the firm’s executive committee and was the Quality Control, Accounting & Assurance, and internal IT partner at various times for 20+ years. He orchestrated the firm’s strategic plan and implementation with a long-term proven record of success, built several prominent industry niches for the firm, and mentored a number of the current partner leadership group who carry on his exemplary legacy of exceptionalism. He was repeatedly rated as a top-performing partner for client satisfaction, skilled multi-tasking, business development and sales, and communication skills.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Erica is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic integrated marketing plans for KlariVis.

Erica began her career in banking where she held a variety of roles in marketing, from Marketing Coordinator to Director of Digital Marketing and ultimately Director of Marketing for Baltimore’s largest headquartered bank.

A digital marketer at heart, Erica has been fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to develop a well-rounded skill set that has led her to the role she has today.

Erica holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing graduating with Latin Honors from Towson University and an MBA from the University of Baltimore. She is a graduate of the American Bankers Association’s School of Bank Marketing and is a Certified Financial Marketing Professional. Born and raised in Baltimore, Erica now lives in Pasadena, Maryland with her two kids, husband and drama dog.
